Really good Facilities and Great Location

The location was fantastic for accessing the Central Business District plus ferries. The room included a practical kitchen with all necessary equipment. I also found the Sky Lounge provided amazing views, located on the 36th floor. The fitness center and pool were useful, easy to access and well maintained.
The noise from the nearby roads was noticeable, even with the doors closed, .

The staff were helpful. Requests were addressed promptly, and they were very polite? The staff ensured a smooth check-in and were always available at reception. I found their local knowledge invaluable for directions.

the location is fantastic! the views from the room were amazing, especially at night with the city lights reflecting on the river. i especially loved the high water pressure in the shower... it made mornings so much better. the kitchen was well-equipped, perfect for preparing simple meals.
i noticed a very small stain on one of the towels, but it was a non-issue really.

the apartment had a great balcony view i could see the city from it the full kitchen included a stove oven and microwave i made good use of them a washing machine and dryer were available i washed clothes before heading home there was convenient access to roma street station nearby
i noticed minor wear on some furniture items otherwise the apartment was satisfactory

The location was superb, and I found the proximity to the pedestrian bridge very convenient. The apartment included a smart TV, a dishwasher. a washing machine. This was helpful . I greatly appreciated seeing the river and the Ferris wheel from my room.
The car parking was difficult. It was very hard to park, especially with the yellow lines on the corner!
